Red Wines
PAGO DE LOS BALAGUESES MERLOT
Deep cherry-red hue, medium-high brilliant rim. Enjoys an intense bouquet of crisp red and black fruit, freshly balsamic, evoking the lower slopes, aromatic herbs and deep toasted notes. Delicious, soft on the palate with a liquorice aftertaste.
PAGO DE LOS BALAGUESES SYRAH
Intense black cherry colour with purple glints. Aromatic hints of fennel and aniseed fused with ripe cherries, blackberries and caramelised apple. Delicious, smooth and velvety with toasted depth.
VEGALFARO CRIANZA
Deep cherry colour with good texture. Enjoys intense aromas of fresh and ripe fruits, spicy and well oaked. Full bodied with smooth mature tannins and a very stable structure.
VEGALFARO BARRICA
Dark black cherry hue with good intense nose and predominant strong red fruits, soft toasted notes. Fresh in the mouth, laced with tannin, good acidity and finish.
VEGALFARO VINTAGE (blue label)
Deep black cherry coloured, intense with an expressive nose bursting with red and black fruits. Fresh, tasty, smooth with a long finish.
Rebel.lia
Dark black cherry hue with good intense nose and predominant strong red fruits, soft toasted notes. Fresh in the mouth, laced with tannin, good acidity and finish.
Pasamonte
Deep purple hue, intense with a great rim. Nose: good balance of mature spicy fruit and a marked perfume. Delicious, creamy and full on the palate with clear mature tannins.
Cava Vegalfaro
Cava
Bright, clean, straw-yellow colour with subtle green flashes and fine, intense bubbles that form beads and a mousse on the surface of the liquid.
White Wines
VEGALFARO WHITE
Shiny straw hue. Intense and expressive with tropical fruit and flower notes mixed with smoke. Smooth on the palate, good acidity and finish.
PASAMONTE SAUVIGNON BLANC
Clean, bright straw-yellow colour with subtle green flashes. The nose is of good intensity, mature pineapple, lemon bonbons and white flowers.
Rose Wines
VEGALFARO ROSÉ
Brilliant raspberry colour with a strong characteristic perfume, which brings to mind bilberries with hints of very fresh fruit. A long-lasting, joyful flavour, full taste, warm with a pleasant acidic balance
