ALCOHOL: 11.5%

WINE MAKING: 41 months with lees. Brut nature: sugar free.

APPEARANCE: Bright, clean, straw-yellow colour with subtle green flashes and fine, intense bubbles that form beads and a mousse on the surface of the liquid.

NOSE:Citrus primary aromas revealing lemon, grapefruit and banana, a white flower bouquet of orange blossom and jasmine, fruit aromas of green apple and pear; secondary aromas of butter and yoghurt, herbaceous undergrowth, fennel and aniseed.

PALATE: A powerful attack with the carbonation well integrated into the cava. A fresh, creamy texture that fills the whole mouth, with just the right amount of acidity to sit comfortably on the palate. An extremely smooth passage through the mouth, and a fairly long finish that lasts for several seconds.
